Fixed fee MVL prices start from £1,000 plus disbursements and VAT. This price change came into effect on 1 January 2024.

The price will vary according to the value of company assets.

Two disbursements have to be paid. The first is a fee of £297 for three advertisements in the London Gazette. Secondly a bonding fee (this is an insurance policy) however, our bonds are reduced by 50% as all our Bronze MVL's are non-cash.

We charge VAT on our invoice and this is refunded to shareholders when the company is in liquidation provided the company has been registered for VAT in the twelve months prior to liquidation.

The price of our popular Bronze Service MVL is dependent on the asset value and the full price (inclusive of disbursements ) is listed below. This service level is for Contractor clients only.

£50,001 to £100,000 – £1,356.25

£100,001 to £250,000 – £1,396.00

£250,001 to £500,000 – £1,437.63

£500,001 to £1 million – £1,495.00

£1 million to £2 million – £1,537.63

There is only one more additional cost and this is for a solicitor to witness the signing of a declaration of solvency and you would expect to pay between £10 to £20 for this service directly to the solicitor. Alternatively the declaration of solvency can be witnessed virtually this usually costs £40 plus VAT.
