Practice Fee Recovery Policy 2017
As at 1 March 2017 the firm introduced a new Practice Fee Recovery Policy. The changes incorporated into the new policy which differ from our 18 January 2016 policy relate to additional charges in our MVL Bronze Service where the full criteria are not met. The insolvency legislation was changed in October 2015, with one or two exceptions, for insolvency appointments made from that time.
